In business since 2003, we have been delivering solutions. We have three locations - St. Louis, Missouri and Chicago, Illinois, and Atlanta, Georgia. We are in the process of expanding to two more locations in New York, and Texas.

Who are we?

At MLO Law, we are in the client service business.  We offer legal services to families, seniors and immigrants.  Our team is empowered to energize clients by delivering legal solutions that bring our clients harmony in their lives.  We pay special attention to the needs of our diverse clientele because we are a diverse law firm with team members from four continents. We take pride in our differences, but we share one common goal – providing the best solution to our clients. Our team walks the walk and talks the talk because we have been in our client’s shoes. 

Our clients are professionals, two-income families, highly educated immigrants, corporate managers from Fortune 500 companies, seniors who worry about avoiding nursing home financial ruin, business owners who need asset protection and retirement trust planning, families with special needs children, blended families, single persons, divorced, BIPOC, LGBTQ families. We aim to take the worry out by delivering results that clients want.  

Most of our clients are referred to us by other satisfied clients and referral partners. Value to the customer means keeping the immigrant in legal work status, protecting assets and retirement funds from divorce, creditors, judgments and predators; devising strategies to help seniors avoid devastating nursing home costs; helping families avoid the expense of a prolonged probate fight and keeping children safe with trusted friends and family.

The pandemic has had a systemic effect on our law practice.  It has also enabled our team to think creatively about the client and our team's safety, how MLO can deliver legal services that keep every participant safe.

Behind the scenes, we implement processes and organization so that our team can deliver consistent results.  We are growing with our clientele, from a small solo law firm to one with multiple locations to deliver services in person and online, through video conferencing and with a ‘done for you’ approach.  

Our clients have the option to consults with us in person, through video/audio conferencing, or electronically.  We are well equipped to work remotely, so our clients have the convenience to reach us from their kitchen or living room! Client convenience is numero uno.
